  • Free tier is non-refundable
  • No monetary value associated

1.2 Premium Tier

One-Time Lifetime Purchase

  • 14-day full refund period from purchase date
  • No questions asked
  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • Prorated refunds available if requested within first 30 days

2. Refund Request Process

2.1 Submission

Refund requests must be submitted via email to refunds@revere.app

Include:

  • Account email
  • Reason for refund
  • Purchase date
  • Transaction details

2.2 Processing

  • Refund requests typically processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violation
  • Partial month usage
  • User error or misuse
  • Accounts inactive for extended periods

4. Technical Issues

4.1 Service Disruptions

  • Temporary service interruptions do not qualify for automatic refunds
  • Contact support for individual assessment

4.2 Feature Limitations

  • Changes in platform features are not grounds for refund

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Revere reserves the right to issue discretionary refunds in unique situations at management's sole discretion.

6. Subscription Cancellation

6.1 Invite Tier

  • Can be cancelled anytime
  • No refund, no charge

6.2 Premium Tier

  • Lifetime purchase can be cancelled
  • No future charges
  • Existing features remain accessible

7. Fraud Prevention

Suspected fraudulent refund requests will be investigated and may result in account suspension.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

Revere reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policy applies to future purchases.
